How often do I hear excuses for offering to supplement my advertising campaign? email newsletter. The phone number database  most common of them: “Email newsletters are not suitable for me, I have more phone contacts than email, and not everyone uses the Internet.” This misconception led to the fact that SMS services began to significantly prevail over services for sending email.

 quickly realized that everyone uses phones and reads SMS, even while driving, under the influence of a “magic” message signal. But time passes, statistics change, the Internet is available to almost everyone and more than 42% of the population of Ukraine already uses it.

I already wrote that there is no need to compare and choose which is better Email or SMS. And it’s not so important what works better. What matters is how much you lose by ignoring one or the other communication channel. It’s not the size that matters, but the quality of your mailings. I want to give only three main arguments that you cannot get from SMS mailings:

The subscriber always has the opportunity to reply to your message, unsubscribe from mailing list, indicating the reason. The client can also write to you about their ideas and what visibility: organic vs paid  should be taken into account in future letters. If there is a question that interests one person, perhaps other subscribers are asking the same question? You can establish effective communication with clients and find fresh ideas for your publications.

Most likely you already have accounts on social networks. Use links to your pages in your newsletter; perhaps clients are used to finding out the necessary information mobile list from there and this type of communication will suit them better.
