Little tricks for effective mailings

It’s amazing how dataset  much little things can make a difference in performance. sending mass emails. We have already written more than once about the fundamental rules for writing letters And working with the audience. This time I would like to share my observations about small “little things”. Some of them turned out to be revelations for me. Let’s start in order:

Sender. The “From” field is your business card. In different mailings, you can change the name of the company or the name of the manager, but try not to change the sender’s email. The client may have already added your email to his address book or click “always show pictures from this user” in the letter.

Subject. Do not use in “Subject” field a lot of capital letters – such letters are more likely to end up in spam. Many people often write company names in capital letters. Avoid punctuation in email subject lines.

Contents of the letter.

Check how the pictures are displayed, whether they are the same size, whether how software development companies can  alternative text and link. To test this, be sure to send yourself a test email. But (attention, secret!) do not always allow images to be uploaded from your email. Otherwise, you won’t see what your email looks like to most recipients before loading the images.

To see what your mobile list email will look like when images are not displayed, click the “Hide Pictures” button in the image editor on the message editor panel.
